Mr Ndiaye founded Performance Management Consulting (PMC) in 1996. Under his leadership, the Company has grown into one of the leading strategy consulting firm in French-speaking Africa. PMC serves multinationals, governments, multilateral institutions and large African corporations in designing their strategies and implementing changes. Prior to funding PMC, Mr Ndiaye had a distinguish career at the Charles Riley Group where he developed corporate strategies and M&A advisory to large European Industrial Groups in the automotive, industrial products, food processing and banking sectors. Mr Ndiaye holds a bachelor from HEC and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley. In 2003, he was named one of the top fifty African managers by Ecofinance (the leading francophone news magazine). He is fluent in French, English and German.
