Victor Ndiaye, CEO, Performances Management Consulting Senegal

Mr. Ndiaye currently has served as the founding CEO of Performances Management Consulting (PMC) since 1996. Under Mr Ndiaye's leadership, PMC has grown into one of the leading and fastest growing strategy consulting firm in French Speaking Africa. Since its inception, PMC has served Multinationals, Governments, Multilateral institutions and large African corporations. Prior to founding PMC, Mr Ndiaye had a distinguished career at the Charles Riley Group where he developed corporate strategies and M&A advisory to large European Industrial Groups in the Automotive, Industrial Products, Food Processing and Banking sectors.

Mr Ndiaye holds a bachelor from HEC Paris, and an MBA from the University of California at Berkley. In 2003, Mr Ndiaye was named one of the top fifty African managers by Ecofinance (the leading francophone news magazine). He is also fluent in French, English and German.
